3. User Accounts and Verification
To claim a profile and subscribe to paid features, you must represent the business entity associated with the profile. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the verification process. USFirmTop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
4. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions (e.g., Monthly and Annual plans) are processed via PayPal. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay USFirmTop the subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a recurring basis as per your chosen plan until you cancel your subscription.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information.
- Engage in unauthorized scraping or data mining of our directory.
- Use the directory to send unsolicited spam, promotions, or advertisements to listed companies.
- Violate any applicable national or international laws.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, USFirmTop and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on USFirmTop. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from USFirmTop for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
USFirmTop acts as a directory and conduit for B2B connections. We are not a party to any transactions or agreements entered into between users of our site. In no event shall USFirmTop, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
